GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
Use of the site implies the user’s full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions; therefore, if you do not agree with their content you must refrain from using the site and the services offered therein. SRL reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate, and may amend, remove or add, after informing the consumer, new content and/or services, as well as the way in which these are presented and located and the conditions of use of the website. Access to and use of the content and services after its amendments or changes take effect implies acceptance of the same. The products and services offered by D.E.I. SRL whose purchase can be made through www.sultancollection.shop, will be governed by the specific PURCHASE CONDITIONS, which must be accepted by users during the distance contracting process and which will be duly confirmed by the user to D.E.I. SRL upon completion of said contracting process.
1.- RESTRICTED ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE
Use of certain parts of the D.E.I. SRL website is reserved exclusively for registered users (with an account) by using a username (ID) and a password. Unregistered users of the website cannot access these restricted areas.
2. - PAYMENTS
The payment methods we accept are Pay Pal, bank transfer, credit card on the Mastercard and Visa networks, or cash on delivery but with an extra handling fee of € 5.00 (option NOT valid for Europe and the rest of the world)
3. - SHIPPING
All shipments will be made via GLS express courier. If the indicated courier does not reach certain areas such as smaller islands or remote areas, shipping will be carried out via POSTE ITALIANE by registered mail, insured mail, express mail or priority mail.

Shipping amounts to €. 5.00 for Italy,
€. 6.00 for Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia,
€. 12.00 for remote areas, smaller islands, Livigno and Venice €. 0.00 for purchases over €. 50.00
Shipping Europe:
Shipping amounts to €. 10.00 as a contribution to costs for cities

4. - SIZE GUIDE
All our jewelry is adjustable:
Long necklaces: have 5/7/10 cm of extra chain to tighten or lengthen them.
Short necklaces: have 5/7/10 cm of extra chain to tighten or lengthen them.
Soft bracelets: have 5/7/10 cm of extra chain to tighten or lengthen them.
Elastic bracelets: being elastic, they adapt to the wrist.
Elastic rings: being elastic, they adapt to the finger.
Rings: they are open at the top/bottom or on the side.
5. - RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns or exchanges will be accepted within and no later than 30 days from purchase, only if previously approved by us by email. Shipping costs will be entirely borne by the buyer unless there is an actual manufacturing defect or breakage due to transport. In that case, shipping costs will be fully borne by us. Under no circumstances will returns of used and/or worn items be accepted after the above 30 days.
6. - JEWELRY CARE
The “Zama” lines are made of a completely hypoallergenic alloy composed of Zinc, Aluminum, Magnesium and Copper, silver-plated.
Each item comes with a branded paper pouch and an organza bag.
We recommend storing your jewelry inside the bag to preserve its integrity.
If the color of the jewelry should change and/or darken, it is advisable to clean it with a cotton cloth and baking soda or a toothpaste (preferably white) containing baking soda.
We recommend not spraying perfume or applying harsh creams on the skin because they could corrode the silver plating.
